We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution at customerservice@vibrantvisions.online.
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations
All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have seven (7) days to address any quality issues. You must contact us at customerservice@vibrantvisions.online in order to get a return approved. Because we value your business we will work with you to resolve any issues.
HANDMADE ART & MERCHANDISE COLLECTION
We appreciate your purchase of our handmade art and merchandise. We take pride in our craftsmanship and quality, but we understand that sometimes you may not be satisfied with your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@vibrantvisions.online within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will review your request and determine if you are eligible for a refund.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, there may be minor faults or inclusions that are part of the artistic process. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.
Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send it back to us. The item must be in its original packaging. We will process your refund once we receive and inspect the item.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with our policy. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Damaged/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
Refunds policy
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
